World War Two Marine Vet Takes Two Trophies at Rancho Vedado

Retired Marine Corporal Tom Scott, 87, of Wrightsville, Virginia, blessed our presence during a non-native hunt. Tom harvested a Blackbuck antelope and a Mouflon without missing a beat.

Mr. Scott served in Okinawa and was later deployed to Tinching, China, where his battalion accepted the surrender of munerous Japanese soldiers.  Tom noted that the Japanese would not surrender to Chinese nationals, but would surrender to American soldiers.  Corporal Scott also said that when Chinese collaborators were found, the nationals beheaded them.

We appreciate our Veterans, and will never forget their sacrifices.  Thanks Tom!!
